Completely mad interaction between @HSBC and @HMRCgovuk: HMRC (rightly) encourage payment via PSD2 bank transfer - no fees for bank or payee, very secure. HSBC have a limit for premium customers of £25k for all bank transfers, but no limit (!?

The @HSBC_UK app is constantly not working properly and all we've had is a 'sorry we know we've been a bit rubbish' email. Been with them about 15 years. Think it's finally time to switch. I hope the bank switch process is as easy as it seems on @MoneySavingExp #hsbc #bankswitchRelated Services
