The @HSBC_UK app is constantly not working properly and all we've had is a 'sorry we know we've been a bit rubbish' email. Been with them about 15 years. Think it's finally time to switch. I hope the bank switch process is as easy as it seems on @MoneySavingExp#hsbc#bankswitch
