@HostGator It's a huge rip-off to pay for a service that I'm not even going to use, and to make matters worse, I can't even get the money back.

I am pretty annoyed that you originally own the correct space from a previous plan around 949gigs from a service like @hostgator. Then magically nerf all accounts site wide to 20gigs for a baby plan. Then tell you they are going to swap you to a plan that costs almost double more

@HostGator I've been wanting them to solve a problem for a month and they don't do anything, their support is terrible and I need to work with my domain.

@HostGator I was told it’s a weebly issue. I asked if you guys were no longer affiliated with weebly and the csr couldn’t answer that

@HostGator is clearly falling apart. At the minimum, it would be nice if you all took responsibility for the issues. Hopefully you’re in the process of training your csrs on how to respond to these issues because the vague answers are infuriating.

My account was hacked and I've had a support ticket open for two weeks without progress @HostGator @HGSupport Plus I was charged $5,533.35 fraudulently. I do not advise hosting with them. Hackers even got past 2FA.

@HostGator I was just there 10 minutes ago. They fixed it. It went back down and I back again. I do not have time for these interruptions. I have two shared server accounts.
