@SetraHost @HostGator @HGSupport Youd think so but my shared hosting account doesnt have an option beyond 7.4. Been six days since they said the admin team would fix it. Talking to hostgator support has taken 20 years off my life.

Its taken @HostGator and @hgsupport over 4 days to upgrade my hosting account to PHP 8.2 and it still isn't done. Absolutely dreadful. What's a good web host in 2024?

@HostGator I often run into the "Too Many Connections" issue with the database with a mere 10 users on the website. Your customer support seems indifferent to the customer-facing problems, do you care enough to improve the db availability on your servers?

@HostGator I have an email confirming you cancelled my hosting in 2018. You proceeded to take £534 out of my account two days ago and I also found a payment of £268 taken from my account in 2021 both without authorisation. No eta from your company of resolution.

@djandressolano @HostGator I have had problems like this with them for years now, I am working on switching to a new hosting provider, there chat either never works or its people from around the world who dont speak english telling you there is nothing they can do...
