@swarooptvm @quickwebsiteapp @HostGator Were you migrating from a different provider to HostGator? Is that account still active? Also, do you have access to your cPanel? You can access this by going into the advanced section on HostGator.

@HostGator FTP connection no longer working from multiple FTP clients. Issue started around 10AM EST today, on phone with support now but need to escalate.

Migration is taken care of for free, making the switch seamless. We also do not believe in random price hikes.

@HostGator @tumblr @HostGator knew what it was doing and did not send me any emails about these changes resulting in so far $120.00 in charges over this time that would have cost less than $40.00. Been with the organization since 1987. Thanks for this.
