@holland_barrett just bought some Emily veg crisps, amongst a couple of other items, crisps were great. However charging 15p for a reusable/recyclable paper bag is outrageous, is this to boost profits? Other chains give paper bags free of charge!! ☹️

@HB_HereToHelp @holland_barrett Thanks for reply, however, you should really advertise that this is what happens to the charge. If I hadn’t of asked on here, it appears that this is a profit making decision. It still seems wrong that you charge for a paper bag, when no one else does
