@FrontierCorp @AskFrontier My internet service has been down for 3 days now. You refuse to send a tech out because there was an outage in the area, even though 2 of my next-door neighbors have working service. This is the second multi-day outage in the last 3 months. I'm done.

@FrontierCorp my internet was out for a week and Frontier chat tells me "Great news! You're eligible to receive a credit of $0.00 which has been applied to your account." Um... I think a week without internet is worth a credit of more than zero.

@FrontierCorp I put in a ticket for an upgrade to my service and a tech was supposed to come and install 4-24 but never showed up. Jumped through all the support hoops and still nothing. Can’t even access the ticket on the site as that’s down. Horrible.
