@FrontierCorp I moved to an area that you all do not service. I had to change to a different internet provider due to this. The agent tells me:1. Must pay a full month of service in order to disconnect services 2. pack the equipment and UPS it and get charged a $50 referb fee?

So @FrontierCorp had a cyber attack almost a week ago. Hasn’t sent a single email to customers about it. Only reason we found out was because when our technician showed up to transfer our service to a new address he told us about the situation. Guess it’s time to switch.

@FrontierCorp we canceled our service months ago and y'all are still charging us a monthly fee and have not sent us the boxes to return equipment. Every time we call you guys try to upsell us on your crappy service. We just want to cancel and get away from you guys.
