Frontier offers home phone, broadband internet and digital televsion to individuals and businesses in 27 states. Broadband internet uses DSL or fiber technology. Digital television is available only to fiber customer as part of the tripple play Frontier FiOS service. Frontier mainly operates in rural areas.

@FrontierCorp on 4/20/24 text saying area wide outage and would be fixed in about 8 hours. later said all working. WiFi still out. Waited 1 hour at midnight to be told they have no record of an outage and they couldn’t fix remotely. appt tomorrow. Can’t work at home.
