Frontier offers home phone, broadband internet and digital televsion to individuals and businesses in 27 states. Broadband internet uses DSL or fiber technology. Digital television is available only to fiber customer as part of the tripple play Frontier FiOS service. Frontier mainly operates in rural areas.

@FrontierCorp @elonmusk Frontier down for a week and not major news. Online says they were hacked and customers out and cant access customer service to cancel. Canceling and switching and calling bank to cancel card.

@AskFrontier You know what I think is sadā€¦ we had service when we woke this morning & have not heard one peep from @FrontierCorp~ guess customer service IS truly a thing of the past. Hopefully our account will be credited for our outage & all the troubleshooting we did.
