Digital television is available only to fiber customer as part of the tripple play Frontier FiOS service. Frontier mainly operates in rural areas.

@FrontierCorp @elonmusk Frontier down for a week and not major news. Online says they were hacked and customers out and cant access customer service to cancel. Canceling and switching and calling bank to cancel card.

Alright @FrontierCorp this is downright sinister. Called the customer support number to speak about an outage. Automated systems only - no humans. Tried calling the sales numbers to backdoor speaking to a human, and those are now booting me - giving me the customer support…

Heads up to all @FrontierCorp paperless customers who pay their bill online or app, their server is down and their pay by phone will charge extra. After several hours I got an outsourced rep to drop $10 charge after relaying I’m a retired employee & it’s not the customers fault.Related Services
