@ShawInfo hello, I need to get this mess sorted. My technician calls keep getting cancelled. Twice this week. My wifi has been crappy for years. I pay for a pod, no improvement, hence the technician call.

Ever since @ShawInfo moved to @Rogers, I've been getting unsolicited texts asking me if I need work or loans for a car... Does rogers sell its info to 3rd party companies for this stuff? I never got them with Shaw before @Shawhelp #yyc #Calgary

@ShawInfo my technician appointment was cancelled twice this week. I have been on the phone for almost 3 1/2 hours with Shaw trying to get someone out today. They have no problem cancelling my appointments so they can cancel someone else to get someone out today.

@ShawInfo my appointment has been cancelled twice this week by your company. I told them tomorrow will not be available tomorrow due to medical appointments but they made it for tomorrow anyway. The supervisor was beyond useless!
