@Expedia @ExpediaHelp do not book with Expedia unless you want them to charge you multiple times for the SAME purchase and then do nothing about it. Also your supervisor Jagat Singh was rude, unprofessional and did nothing to help us out. What a terrible company

@Expedia thinks itâs ok to double charge you for reservations and even when you have clear documentation that they are in the wrong they will not make it right. Steer clear of this horrible company that outsources its customer service to India! #fuckExpedia

@Hragy @Expedia Tell me about it⊠Got a ticket on @lufthansaâs app on 31/12/23, learnt by chance on 02/01/24 that I was charged twice, bank told me they canât dispute charges until LH cancels wrong charge & LH wonât do it until 15/01/24 although itâs a debit, not credit card & their fault.
