@ExpediaHelp@Expedia on your website a hotel listed as âreserve now pay laterâ, but the hotel charged me right away. When I contacted the customer service, your agent told me that the hotel can charge you anytime if you choose pay at property! Is that a kind of scam? ??
@Expedia@ExpediaHelp do not book with Expedia unless you want them to charge you multiple times for the SAME purchase and then do nothing about it. Also your supervisor Jagat Singh was rude, unprofessional and did nothing to help us out. What a terrible company
@Expedia thinks itâs ok to double charge you for reservations and even when you have clear documentation that they are in the wrong they will not make it right. Steer clear of this horrible company that outsources its customer service to India! #fuckExpedia

Got a ticket on @lufthansaâs app on 31/12/23, learnt by chance on 02/01/24 that I was charged twice, bank told me they canât dispute charges until LH cancels wrong charge & LH wonât do it until 15/01/24 although itâs a debit, not credit card & their fault.
@Monisworld22@Expedia I donât understand how both companies can confirm a booking, charge your card without knowing that the facility is already booked out!
The second one said she didnât even have an active account on VRBO so how can they list themâïž
Also, @Expedia: "We are glad to charge you big $$$ for a flight from Cancun to Mexico City that we sell," but also "@VivaAerobus is low cost, and you agreed to be treated horribly."
