@British_Airways Beware, this site is crawling with scammers. They are almost identical to BA support in that they are none English speaking, difficult to understand, mostly incompetent and just helpful enough to seem legitimate. Best go to the web site, find a number and call.

@British_Airways the system is designed to charge maximum fees by traping your customers with these ridiculous conditions?. I will never ever fly BA again. I bought thisticket on BAwebsite and when make change it forces me to call your contact centre. United Air has no such nonsensical process

@British_Airways It's not simply "fraudulent activity", Milika, it's actual wire fraud. Your site is assisting in wire fraud, a federal offence, get it? Now, some scammer has all my information, including all my flight information, and I'm not sure what further damage he can do.

@British_Airways If your real customer service was not so incredibly incompetent, I never would have fallen for a scam. Speaking with confusing, unhelpful people who barely speak or understand English seemed normal as far as BA support goes.
