Got a ticket on @lufthansa’s app on 31/12/23, learnt by chance on 02/01/24 that I was charged twice, bank told me they can’t dispute charges until LH cancels wrong charge & LH won’t do it until 15/01/24 although it’s a debit, not credit card & their fault.
