is it worth going scorched earth over @Expedia not refunding my trip insurance? Giving me the runaround for almost a month? Maybe not but I'm sick of large corps pretending to give a shit. @Expedia takes your money and then nicely tells you to fuck off. No help whatsoever.
@serial_napper@Expedia Apparently so. My cc was charged a few weeks ago. Plus we took Uber to the place and back. Had they just cancelled we could have saved that extra 60 Canadian bucks or so.

Itās been a week since an @Expedia vendor did not show up to our MontrĆØal curling experience (and didnāt cancel beforehand despite knowing the place was booked). Expedia will not issue a refund. I wanted to share my experience, just in case you book activities through them.
@TAMISYoda@Expedia Yea. I have had pretty terrible experience with Expedia customer service. Itās fine if everything works out, but if thereās any issue, good luck getting anything resolved. Worst customer service for sure. Sorry, youāre going through this. What a pain.

Unacceptable to make me wait for funds to be reimbursed that YOU charged me for, until the provider approves you release my fundsā¦ honestly, wow
