bcuz they cancelled her tix and they won’t rebook even tho there are open seats on the flight! Flight is in 15 hrs and still no explanation.

Our host has just cancelled our booking 2 weeks before our trip.
We have paid in full and given the timeframes all other properties are now way more expensive…
What can you do to help?
@ExpediaUK I have been on hold with customer service for 45 minutes. My email has been changed and I cannot change it back to what it should be. I am being told that I have to create a new account losing my Gold tier and my credits. Absolutely crazy. Awful service from @Expedia
