@EBOX_CA I got hung up on while being transferred departments. There's now 180 people in the queue and I am without internet. This is not good customer service.

Do not get @EBOX_CA Their internet was dropping daily for months. They replaced my modem then refused my refund when I canceled. Then sent false invoices months and months later claiming I "purchased" the replacement and sent me to collections. Fraudulent company. Horrid service.
