@CoxComm I haven’t been able to get reliable service from you for over 20 years well 30 now that I think about it. You’re a monopoly there is no other choice here I spent over $60,000 on a solar system that is useless because I don’t have a connection during peak hours

@CoxComm we’ve had an internet outage that said would be repaired by 8:40am. I go run errands and come back to 12:40pm. It’s almost 1:00pm and we still have an outage notification on the app with no updates. I work from home and this has been an inconvenience. I need a credit.

So @CoxComm just raised my internet rates 17% without any added benefits - guess what Cox, I just cancelled my service - thanks for screwing over a loyal customer who just so happens to advice lots of people about ISP service, guess what Cox, you just lost a lot more business!!
