@jawellstrio @CoxComm Stay hot @coxcomm. We had an outage this morning & I spent 2.5 hours on their chat with them telling them there was an outage only for them to say it was my equipment issue. I knew it wasn't because our neighbors didn't have service either. After 2.5 hours there was an outage.
