@CommBank No Don, no DM, your service is appalling and the CBA should be utterly ashamed. A bank that regularly makes $5bill profit cares so little for customers who’ve been with you for 50yrs that it’s perfectly fine to make them wait 63 minutes for you to answer the phone. 1/2

@CommBank This call was something really important to me. It was a critical financial issue. The stress and anxiety you caused for 63 minutes and then basically told me to wait 2 days and then call back. Seriously - that’s what I was told. I am beyond furious. 2/2

I just got a letter from @CommBank explaining that a Visa Card Account is not intended as a savings account and that I had too much money in there and if I did not take action to transfer the money myself they would have no choice but to transfer it to a Savings account. [More]

@CommBank instead of offering customers bright shiny new crap, how about start protecting people’s accounts so they’re not getting hacked all the time. Mine got hacked again and I was put onto we’ll contact you within 24 hours. Not good enough, money has been taken out of my acc
