@bendigobank Just been to close my children’s piggy bank accounts, and can’t do without them because they’re over 12. Asked if there will be enough time after school to bring them in and close the accounts, because there wasn’t enough time to open one then.

My teen daughter just had to call @bendigobank for the first time, spent 1 1/2 hours on hold waiting to speak to a human and got disconnected. Welcome to banking in Australia. The recorded messages sure emphasise respect for staff, how about just a little for your customers?

@littlemykonos Like @bendigobank who now tells you if you play lotto, put money on your betting accounts & anything to do with gambling, they will make you pay a $3.00 fee per transaction because no one is a responsible gambler! MY account MY decision #GeorgeOrwellWasRight
