@TMobileHelp I'm not reaching out, I'm calling you out. You're raising rates on a half decent product so I'm making plans to jump ship. Maybe @ATT wants me back or @VerizonMobile or @comcast has a deal going on. You're raising rates when everyone else is lowering rates. Wake up
