@CoxNatsu42@PirateSoftware@comcast I'm no cable tech, but i believed the outage I was having was sporadic, and by random chance it was working when ever he tested it in the living room, and failing in the office. Future techs did verify the buried cable outside was problematic, it just took them 4 or 5 visits.
