Went in to my local @Xfinity to close mom’s account and open mine. Tech coming out tomorrow to change out all equipment. Got home and both my Internet and cable aren’t working. 1-1/2 hour later on phone & they can’t diagnose what’s wrong. Coincidence? @XfinitySupport
