@ChaseSupport Calls customer service, they say 10 day hold. Never giving a reason Today he attempts to use his account -past the 10 day hold Finds out he can't do anything, account is frozen still Calls customer service and is told the Branch employee never uploaded his ID info. @chasesupport

He then gets a letter saying to respond via 800# or in person, by 4/10 - (letter states ID info needed) He goes into local branch with required documents. The representative said everything was sorted out. 3 days later, he sees his account is frozen. Cont'd @ChaseSupport
