What @CapitalOne is doing to their customers should be against the law. When someone has full legal POA and the forms were sent eons ago, it shouldn't take MONTHS and 500 calls, faxes, waiting for mailed letters, sending photos, etc, to get POA on an account.

@CapitalOne please help. I am trying to add a joint account holder and he gets the invitation email but then when he goes through the process he gets an error message saying your system ‘hit a snag’. We’ve tried multiple times
