Feels like running in circles but atleast this time someone specifically said that it will be resolved next week..

Extremely disappointed with Capital One Venture X. Applied in Feb for Priority Pass, counting on it for March travels. Despite calls & promises, no access. Missing key benefits I paid for with the $395 fee. Unacceptable service. @CapitalOne #TravelTroubles #support
