@jeremyjudkins_ @CapitalOne is awesome when it comes to transactions. It's like they're in the 21st century and things happen and reflect almost instantly. @usbank on the other hand... still feels like someone is up at night writing down the day's transactions in some physical log.

@capitalone @capitalonecard I recently upgrade from the Venture One to the Venture card but I'm not sure if it's a good fit. Is it possible to "downgrade" and go back to the V-One? Yes, I know I'd have to contact customer service to actually do it but I'm wondering if it possible
