@CapitalOne You guys are awful. Idk whats going on with you phillipines call center but they are hanging up me everytime i call. Im juat hoing to cancel all my accounts. Ridiculous #scam

@CapitalOne kudos, however, to @CapitalOneCafe who were extremely helpful and equally shocked at how incompetent the customer service call center staff were in resolving an issue as simple as this one.
