@PeteCityPrice @British_Airways @britishairways are due me a refund from Oct 23. I have been lied to, had telephone calls where they pretend not to hear me, been ghosted, had operators put the phone down when THEY were rude. The customer service for complaints is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

@British_Airways what's the issue with the apps, trying to check in and it won't show boarding passes, allow me to check in and having redownloaded the app it now won't allow me to log back in.

@British_Airways Thanks for response, but no help. I submitted a complaint for a downgrade 7 months ago, and have been met with nothing but excuses, lies, obfuscation and Teflon shoulders, passed from pillar to post and general refusal to meet your obligations under UK261. Case logged at CEDR.

@British_Airways let me down again. Flight booked 11 months ago. Messaged me during the night to tell me 06:45 to London cancelled and I will miss connection to Dubai at 12:45. Rebooked me for evening flight and overnight to Dubai which I did not want to do after 4 spinal opps
