@British_Airways The cancellation and delay aren't the worst part, it's the downgrade. The whole trip was booked as a 40th birthday present for my husband so it's ended on a bit of a low note

@British_Airways flight out of SFO cancelled and new flight delayed until 9.20pm. can we still check in as we would for 7.20pm flight to access the lounge? Online chat couldn't advise. You also downgraded us from business so extra thank you for that
