@bell123321 @stewartdblack @British_Airways And me too. Email looked dodgy. Reassured by smn at Gold Exec club it's genuine. Tried to reset password but no code being sent, so can't. Has this all got something to do with the outage / website down last Sunday? Is there a hack we don't know about...??
