@British_Airways you’ve just stolen 2 sets of seats I paid for. @Iberia_en which runs the first of 3 flights refuses to help and the Iberia check in manager in SJO was quite rude and dismissive. Code-sharing is supposed to be seamless, but so far it is a big fail.

@British_Airways hi, I need to speak to someone urgently. I paid for flights and you’ve taken the payment 3 times instead of 2. The total was £364.68 x 2 so in total £729.36 but you’ve taken £1094.04? This needs sorted asap.

@PeteCityPrice @British_Airways @britishairways are due me a refund from Oct 23. I have been lied to, had telephone calls where they pretend not to hear me, been ghosted, had operators put the phone down when THEY were rude. The customer service for complaints is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

@British_Airways Lets just be clear my bag was smaller than the size stated above,it was well within weight. It was my only bag. It had lithium batteries as I was just off a transatlantic flight. The weight and size of the bag was not an issue - I was allowed no hand baggage allowance

@champdenwhite @EDI_Airport @British_Airways @LondonCityAir @EDI_Airport is a shambles and when recently complaining about waiting 2hrs for luggage to arrive off the plane they replied saying it was nothing to do with them - just like the car parks. TF they don’t fly the planes!!

@British_Airways Do you have an executive complaints team as the person at customer relations isn't even answering my questions. I'd rather deal with this directly than have to go through the courts, which I'm at the point of having to do. I don't have any faith that emailing is going to help.

@WhatNowDoc @British_Airways That’s it Robin, it’s fallen or dropped from a height. Likely when loading into the plane a 777, which sit way above the ground. @British_Airways say they are very sorry for the inconvenience but they will not compensate.

No, they usually take it in turns I believe and whoever is doing the flying is generally the one who makes the PA’s (again, I believe). Certainly my experiences on @British_Airways . Maybe @scottiebateman could advise?

@British_Airways what's the issue with the apps, trying to check in and it won't show boarding passes, allow me to check in and having redownloaded the app it now won't allow me to log back in.
