@_AdamStopher@British_Airways Same issue mate, overcharged 1.6k as some clown in their indian office charged me TWO separate times on top of what i should have paid. I just went to AMEX and charged back, easier to deal with them than BA. When it’s finally sorted i’ll want all the points back i used / cash
