@British_Airways Unfortunately your short notice cancellation and rebooking to next day do not compensate 1/ missed appointment/meeting/show, etc 2/ hotel booking already paid
Meanwhile “Cancelled due to technical reasons” doesn’t seem as an honest excuse. Why not change to another aircraft?
