@PeteCityPrice@British_Airways@britishairways are due me a refund from Oct 23. I have been lied to, had telephone calls where they pretend not to hear me, been ghosted, had operators put the phone down when THEY were rude. The customer service for complaints is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
