Hey @auspost how do your drivers get away with just ‘not delivering parcels’ to a business that is open at the ‘time of attempted delivery’ and making customers who don’t have cars in the city to walk down and carry boxes back to said business. #servicepaidfour

@auspost I’ve had two express post items sent to me from Melbourne. Both tracking numbers are still ‘pending’. Usually the tracking system is pretty quick. Is there a downtime or issue? Or is my next day delivery just not going to happen?
