The only advantage @auspost had over its competition was its community connection. They just threw that away. Their competition is now cheaper, more reliable and more convenient. #auspol must really want a fire sale because this strategy will #fail if that's not the goal

If you’re a business that uses @auspost the worst delivery service in the world, I will NOT purchase your products. Australia Post have been illegally redirecting my mail for months with no resolution or apology for their crimes. I fucking Hate Australia Post Fuck You All.

So I ordered something from noble park in vic, about 20 minutes drive away, delivered by @auspost . A week and a half later it turns up in the fucking Northern Territory and its temperature sensitive (brewer’s yeasts) so now fucked. What level of incompetence is this???
