Are online National Lottery scratch cards not paying out anyone? I tried loads in practice mode and didn’t come out with any wins (which it usually does) mum paid for 8 scratch cards and won nothing which is very odd and unusual! Is there a con here? @TNLUK

@TNLUK has anyone else found that if they play #EuroMillions through the #NationalLottery app and get small wins, you don’t get paid anything? I’ve won £3 twice in the last few months and you can’t claim it. Should go onto your balance, no?

@TNLUK is a joke. Don't put money into your online account as your screwed if you need to change your card unexpectedly and noone can help apparently and can't complain because it's policy. Well policy is garbage and needs looking at regardless on the reasons!!!

@TNLUK @CayC73 Do we make you wait for the money when we play ? NO is the answer!! Sort out a better way of handling these prizes , it’s been over 3 months since this shower took over and still withholding winners payments, deceitful and disgusting way of handling a self created situation!
