Hi @BootsUK, please can you let me know who can take a complaint about your poor online customer service? I need to correct an honest mistake I've just made with the shipping address for an order made 5 mins ago, and your rep says I need to contact Royal Mail. Not good enough.

Not good enough @BootsUK Although I've never had a problem in either of the Boots in my town (the opticians LOVE seeing Mabel!) There's obviously a training issue here.

@SusanSmlth @DebrBill @BuoyCornish @BootsUK Hi Susan - can I ask the name of the different brand, thanks. My GP took me off Amlodipine, because of swollen gums, my blood pressure shot up so he put me back on it! I wasn't offered an alternative. Now my gums are getting worse.

@BootsUK so in a local village where my mum lives was a chemist run by Boots. She discovered yesterday that on 01/04/2024 it was taken over but you’ve not informed anyone of this. But happy to take the £51 charge for delivery for any prescriptions without any refund been issued?!
