@JayBauman1 @ATT Same. I spent 40+ hours on the phone refusing to pay their fees. It took going all the way to the VP of PR to finally get around $1200 of a cancellation erased. I once held for 9 hrs between talking to people & once talked to 12 people in one day. They didn’t know my pettiness.

@ATT We have been facing a data issue on my phone line for over a week and a half now. I have called into customer service numerous times and no one is able to resolve our issue. A new ticket is submitted every time I call and is never followed up on
