AT & T Broadband Internet Outages in Cable

@ATT I was so excited to switch from my cable internet to ATT fiber. This wekend is the worst Our internet is completely out. I get is an outage in my area. Friday said would be repaired by 4pm since then it just says in 24hrs. That is 48hrs ago. What is the problem ATT?

@ATT please explain why my bundled bill went up $128 for cable, phone, wireless and internet??? Without any explanation other than “plan changed?” And, your customer service system is useless - a 35 minute wait? Time to switch providers because you SUCK!

@afrosabi @ATT North is a high school & to our south is a 300 home development…both have the fiber optic cable for high speed internet. We complain, they send out a new modem & give excuses. Our download speed on VDSL2 is supposed to be 12 mbps which sucks but we have never had more than 5 /2

had a difficult, stressful week cause lost @ATT cable, tv, internet & landline sunday. missed almost 1/2 #superbowl before able to get it up on my tablet using cell phone hotspot. thank goodness for @TMobile. only got service back up tonight. 5 effing days. so behind work

@ATT my internet disconnected after Technician did work for my neighbor to connect fiber cable to his house. I reached out customer service chat , phone but no solution. These “AI” support just tell me how to reboot modem. No way to request technician come to fix.
