Our @ATT internet has been down since Friday morning. First it was "4 hours" to repair, then "24 hours", now... anyone's guess. I get that repairing fiber isn't like swapping copper - but you're a telecom giant, be able to fix what you offer in a reasonable time.

@ATT Why are you raising your internet pricing by $5/month? 100 mbps service will be over $80. You are fools because now Comcast has a $30/month 100 mbps service in my area. You are going to lose me as a customer.

@ATT I was so excited to switch from my cable internet to ATT fiber. This wekend is the worst Our internet is completely out. I get is an outage in my area. Friday said would be repaired by 4pm since then it just says in 24hrs. That is 48hrs ago. What is the problem ATT?

@Xfinity paying for your 1200 mbps internet and getting 1.32 is not fair. This is a consistent issue on weekends and must be fixed asap. Otherwise moving to @ATT fiber...
