@Argos_Online @DandG_Support @DandG_Global What we were able to agree as a shared experience is that your turnover of staff is so high that people are insufficiently trained to deal with difficulties. For example when I went in 3 members of staff were dealing with my issue on the till because 2 of them were not trained
