@AmericanExpress Amazon Card-let's talk about how evil this company is. I paid 1500 in Dec to bring my account down-I paid the min over the course of the next four months. The $1500? Gone - it's as if i paid them nothing. Called for alternatives - they told me to go fuck myself.

@AmericanExpress One of the worst banking experiences ever. Try to make a transfer and it errors out. Help button just takes me to my account page. Contact us button the same. Add new account and doesn't take Amex's routing number.

@lucasdrayton @AmericanExpress Sapphire Reserve hasn’t let me down. Right now it gives you Priority Pass, which is lounge access at a ton of airports and discounts at other airport restaurants. There’s a yearly fee but they also give you a travel credit. Cool other perks like DoorDash Pass and Instacart Plus.

Given that @AmericanExpress has significantly downgraded the usability of its airline club rewards (which was why I had the card to begin with) does anybody have a rewards card they love with an emphasis on travel and club comfort? Platinum Card doesn't make sense anymore

@AmericanExpress @British_Airways casually upping their premium card fees by £50 and pushing companion spend by £5k. Absolutely 0 new benefits added, this is disgusting, time to downgrade to the free membership.

So now I have no means to pay for anything. I am excited to know why they locked down my account. When they get to work on Monday to take a virtual meeting with me.
