I rechecked my bag and headed to the lounge to hid and wait for a post-surgery update. My @AmericanExpress card grants me access to @prioritypasscom so I crawled into a dark corner of the lounge. The attendant patted my shoulder and brought me a giant box of tissues and a drink.

@AmericanExpress I had a charge for the Maui priority pass lounge and not aware I was going to charged for my son. Regardless, he left in 5 minutes as there was nothing to eat (taro chips) sodas and coffee as did my daughter. I complained to priority pass and they are dodging me

God, what happened to you @AmericanExpress . Requested a replacement card, selected next day, you switched it immediately to First Class Priority Mail. Needed a card by Thursday morning, but now you're telling me it's already been processed within 10 minutes and mailed out.

@AmericanExpress I used to be a gold and platinum cardholder and I was treated so much better by agents that understood and took things with care, but this honestly makes me want to put my money where my mouth is and close all my accounts.
