@AmericanExpress Just so folks who are interested know - if you make use of Plan It option, anything you pay over your regular bill goes to Plan It FIRST. You are NOT spreading a cost out over months. It’s a bad deal and Amex is a bit misleading regarding this option.

@AmericanExpress I canceled my card and then you send me a bill for a renewal fee. Nope my cards are canceled and you stole $176 of credits I had too.
