@AmericanExpress I've been a member since 1993 and made every payment, then out of the blue because I ran a higher than normal balance that I paid off AMEX decided to give me a low limit. It's an embarrassment. I'll spend all my points then shut off the AMEX and get me a Mastercard Black Card.

@AmericanExpress opened a new card, didn't realize autopay is not the default (despite my existing card being set to autopay), got charged a late fee, contacted support when I saw the fee, support would not refund the charge, is this normal?
