@AmericanExpress is such a fickle company. They recently denied me a credit limit increase because I accidentally scheduled a payment from an account I forgot to fund and the payment was returned. Mind you, the payment was WELL in advance of the statement closing period! 1/2

@AmericanExpress It's hilarious that you send me an email saying Call X if I have questions (about travel insurance). Then I call that #, it says the # has changed and to call another #. WHY NOT JUST FORWARD THE CALLS? This is terrible service and massively lame and stupid.Related Services
